LakeFront Residence is a new upcoming township belonging to MCT Consortium which is located in Malaysia’s IT hub, Cyberjaya. This township consists of three main parts, which are LakeFront Homes, LakeFront Residence and LakeFront Villa.

LakeFront Residence is nestled in a 17% footprint on a 23-acre of land. As of late 2013, only phase one of LakeFront Residence has been launched in September 2013, which consisted of two towers, out of the eight towers condominium. The LakeFront Homes and LakeFront Villa will be launched later on with PRIMA affordable houses and bungalow houses.

In terms of amenities, Lakefront Residence is surrounded by Multimedia University, Limkokwing University College Of Creative Technology, Cyberjaya University College Of Medical Science, future SEGi College, University Putra Malaysia, UNITEN, Seri Puteri Boarding School and SJKC UNION from Perak (expected to open in 2017).

LakeFront Residence is a new development of MCT Consortium, a property firm which was commenced in the year 1999 and had launched and developed many properties ever since. Among the firm’s proud development are Sky Park, D’Pristine, The Place, V-Residensi 2, One City, 162 Residency and Park Residence. For this development, the developer offers 13% to 15% discounts, as well as free sales and purchase agreement, free legal fees and developer interest bearing scheme (DIBS).
