Garden Residence in Cyberjaya is an integrated self-contained township situated on freehold land. It consists medium to high-end residential development sprawled over a land area of approximately 115 acres within the heart of the Multimedia Super Corridor.

Garden Residence is also accessible through the dedicated Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya Expressway (Maju Expressway) that manages to shorten the travel time between Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya to just 20 minutes, as well as North-South Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, North South Central Link (ELITE Highway), SILK Highway, South Klang Valley Expressway and also the North Klang Valley Expressway.

Although Garden Residence is nestled quite far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is still within short distance with the fast and efficient ERL train located just near the residential area thus making the travel to KL Sentral or KLIAjust below 20 minutes enabling its residents to have more options in terms of transportation.
